Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – EECW Pty Ltd. All registration forms will be received and accepted in good faith and processed as registered. Cancellations and ‘No Shows’ that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation.

All refunds as per the policy below will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.

Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome.

Cancellations:
Before 01 June 2011: Full refund of registration fee
After 02 June 2011: 50% refund of registration fee
After 07 June 2011: No refund but a substitute delegate will be accepted.
